Day 4

Breakfast - Peppers, eggs, onions, the last of the salsa and yes more spinach : )


Snack - More Greek Yogurt


Lunch - BLT!


Dinner - Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup


Late snack - Yep. I ate this crazy ripe banana. It looks worse than it tasted.
