11/8/11-A new experiment.

Okay, this may turn out to be the most dreadful blog in all of the short history of blogging but I tried to tell others to make one small change in their lives today (details) so I've decided to do the same. Here's my plan. Instead of keeping a written food journal I'm going to photograph everything I eat on weekdays for five weeks.

I missed yesterday. So I'm already behind but I think that's okay. The idea is one small change leads to changes that we can't even imagine. So here it is, I'm not counting calories, I'm not changing my exercise schedule, there will be no before or after pictures. Just one small boring change. Pictures of every meal. If that's your thing--great. If not, feel free to stay away without any guilt. As long as I think someone might bump into these pictures  it will keep me honest. 5 weeks, 5 days a week, pictures of everything I eat. Simple. Stay tuned...or not.

Breakfast - Wow, my friend hooked me up with some salsa made with Ghost Chilies. I had to have some for breakfast.


Lunch - Chicken and Dumplings!


Dinner - Chicken Fajitas : )
